What is the McFarlane Toys Collectors Club?
The McFarlane Collectors Club is an online store where customers can purchase current and past McFarlane Toys’ products, along with EXCLUSIVE figures and resin statues only offered through the collectors club.

What do I need to do to become a McFarlane Toys Collectors Club member?
All you have to do is create a new customer account – No purchase necessary and no membership fee. Once you have created your account, you may order any items we have available on our website.

I had a customer account on your old online store. Is my account still valid or will I need to create a new customer account?
All customers, old and new, will need to create a NEW customer account. Creating an account is quick and you can begin to place orders immediately!

Why am I able to preorder certain McFarlane Toy Club Exclusives but not others?
We will be preselling resin/statues only. All 6 inch toy figure exclusives will be sold ONLY once they have arrived in stock to ship.

I am planning on placing a preorder for a resin statue but it does not ship for 3 months. When will my credit card be charged?
For all preorders your credit card will be charged the week the product arrives in stock to ship. You will receive an email confirmation when your credit card has been charged. When placing an order on a preorder product there is a temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of the preorder product. The temporary hold is usually 3-5 days. The temporary hold time is determined by your credit card company.

Can I place an order for both a preorder item and in-stock items on one order?
Yes. Please note that most preorders include FREE shipping, but in-stock items do not. If you place a single order consisting of both preorder items and in-stock items, the shipping charge will be for the in-stock items only.

We will split your order for billing and shipping purposes and bill and ship the IN-STOCK items immediately. Your credit card will then be charged the remaining balance of your order (the PREORDER item) when it becomes available to ship.

WE DO, HOWEVER, RECOMMEND THAT YOU PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS ( one order for your preorder item and one order for all IN-STOCK items). The total charge will be exactly the same and will make record keeping and order tracking easier for you!

How will I know if a new preorder item is being offered?. I don't always check the website for updates.
When you create your new customer account you have the option to receive updates. Make sure you check this option and we will send you immediate updates by email when new products are available to order.

The BEST way to contact us is to e-mail Customer Service. We check our customer service emails every business day and respond within 1 business day.
